What does the ReActivate course consist of?
In Dive Academy Santa Pola we offer two possibilities of Refresco:
The first option is the theoretical review: first we will explain how to set up the equipment, remember the safety procedures, the signals and practice several dry exercises (how to empty the mask, recover the regulator, etc.). Afterwards we will do two group dives in the sea.
The second option is the Padi Reactivate course. First we will do the theoretical review on how to set up the equipment, diving safety, underwater signals and the demonstration of the exercises. Then we will do a first dive in which we will practice underwater safety exercises (how to empty the mask, recover the regulator, buoyancy, etc.) and we will go for a spin. After a break we will do another dive to get the hang of it and practice/refresh anything else we think is appropriate. For this second option there will be a maximum group size of 3 people.
It will help you regain the confidence to master your diving equipment and feel more comfortable underwater.
What does the ReActivate course include?
Theory
We will go over safety procedures, how to set up the equipment, signals and any other aspect about which you may have doubts or insecurities.
Dives
Includes 2 dives in the sea with a PADI diving instructor.
Diving equipment
The rental of all the diving equipment necessary to carry out the complete course.
The customer undertakes to cover the costs in case of damage, loss or breakage of the material.
Insurance
Diving insurance is included in the price for the 5 specialty dives.
Requirements
In order to take the PADI ReActivar course
you must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid diving license from any diving organization.
- Be at least 10 years old
- No cardiorespiratory problems or serious health problems.
- No persistent hearing problems.
- Not pregnant
- Diving insurance (if you don’t have it you can get it in our diving center the day of the activity).
Achievements
Once you finish the dive refresher course, we are sure you will feel more confident and self-assured.
You can also come diving in the marine reserve of Tabarca Island or on one of the other fun dive excursions we organize.
