Get to know Cabo de Palos (Cartagena)
The Diving in Cabo de Palos has a spectacular topography where there are many rock corridors, slopes and some caves. We will be able to discover the nooks and crannies of the area where a wide variety of marine life is hidden.
Here we can see soft coral, hard coral, rays, moray eels, octopus, cuttlefish, mojarras, nudibrachs and much more.
We can also dive and see a large metal structure at about 5 meters. This is the remains of a sunken crane. In the surrounding sandy area we often see rays, manta rays and torpedoes.
There is a small island, where we can usually see schools of thousands of bogas and their predators hunting. It is a sight to see. We can also venture out and pass through a couple of tunnels. The great thing about Cabo de Palos is that you never know what you are going to find, each dive is more amazing.
We recommend bringing some lunch for our break between dives while enjoying this wonderful place in company.
